If you are paying part of the Licence Fee yourself, you will need to pay those fees as set out above.
If a new licensee or tenant occupies the Licensed Area during the Term, the Licensee must pay the School Council the difference (if any) between the Licence Fee and the licence fee or rent paid by the new licensee or tenant until the end of the Term.
In these circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund of the Licence Fee that relates to the period prior to the termination.
