This section shall not apply where, on the day before an applicant’s entitlement to income support ceased, regulation 6(5) of the Income Support Regulations (remunerative work: housing costs) applied to that applicant.
The total income to be disregarded pursuant to paragraphs 14(2) and 16 must in no case exceed the amount per week specified in paragraph 36 of Schedule 9 to the Income Support Regulations (£20 per week ceiling for aggregated disregards).
