The Class Rules definition

The Class Rules means the rules relating to measurement, construction and racing conditions of the class and governing the building of each RS Class and its’ rating as a recognised boat within the class for racing purposes.
The Class Rules means the current version of the Class Rules produced by the International Sailing Federation Ltd relating to measurement and construction (and racing conditions forming an appendix to the Association Rules) governing the official building of each International OK Dinghy and its rating as a recognised boat within the Class (for Class racing purposes).
The Class Rules means the rules relating to specification, construction and measurement controls of the RC35 Scotland Class as defined in the ISAF Equipment Rules of Sailing and governing the building of each RC35 Scotland Class boat and its rating as a recognised boat within the class for class racing purposes.

Examples of The Class Rules in a sentence

A Viper 640 shall be raced only with equipment and fittings identical to the fittings supplied with the boat by a Class appointed builder unless: (a) The Class Rules specifically allow equipment and fittings that differ from those supplied by the builder, (b) A boat replaces existing fitting or equipment with the current fittings and equipment used by a current builder, subject to rule 1.7., (c) A boat adds fittings or equipment used by a current builder, subject to rule 1.7.

The Class Rules shall mean the Rules for the time being approved by the ISAF to control the construction and racing use of the International Topper.

The Class Rules of the relevant class shall apply, unless amended here in.

The Class Rules in Part II are closed class rules, where anything that is not specifically allowed in Class Rules is prohibited.Any equipment inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the ERS except where varied by Part II of these Class Rules.

The Class Rules and the Race Management Guidelines of the International Nacra 17 Class Association will apply except for any that are altered by the Notice of Race or the Sailing Instructions.
