The set of specific CPS(s) and associated TFS(s) are to be mutually agreed and documented at completion of the initial development phase of the CDP, together with supporting data setting forth the feasibility of each TFS instance for use in high volume Integrated Circuit manufacturing of the application in the CDP Field, all as further described in the Development Plan for each CDP.
