Texas Act definition

Texas Act means the Texas Real Estate Investment Trust Act, as the same may be amended from time to time, or any successor statute thereto.
Texas Act means the Texas Revised Limited Partnership Act.
Texas Act means the Texas Limited Liability Company Act, as the same may be amended from time to time hereafter.
