Tester definition
Tester means an individual or company who tests underground storage tank systems in Arkansas; and
Tester means a person or entity acting pursuant to a valid agreement entered into pursuant to division (B) of section 4506.09 of the Revised Code.
Tester means a person who performs tightness tests on UST systems, or on any portion of an UST system including tanks, piping, or leak detection systems.

Tester means an individual who has the training, testing equipment manufacturer’s certifications, and experience to test spill and overfill prevention equipment, containment sumps, interstitial and sump sensors, automatic line leak detectors, cathodic protection systems, and to conduct precision tank and line tightness testing on any above ground or underground storage tank systems.
