Tester definition

Tester means an individual or company who tests underground storage tank systems in Arkansas; and
Tester means a person who performs tightness tests on UST systems, or on any portion of an UST system including tanks, piping, or leak detection systems.
Tester means a person or entity acting pursuant to a valid agreement entered into pursuant to division (B) of section 4506.09 of the Revised Code.
