Test on Completion definition

Test on Completion means such tests as prescribed in the Contract to be performed by the Contractor before the work is Taken Over by TSECL.
Test on Completion means such tests as are prescribed by the specifications and/ or tests mutually agreed upon by the Purchaser and the Supplier, to be performed by the Supplier after Installation of the equipment to establish satisfactory operation as required by the specifications.
