Terrorism Laws definition

Terrorism Laws means any of the following (a) Executive Order 13224 issued by the President of the United States, (b) the Terrorism Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 595 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), (c) the Terrorism List Governments Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 596 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), (d) the Foreign Terrorist Organizations Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 597 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), (e) the Patriot Act (as it may be subsequently codified), (f) all other present and future legal requirements of any Governmental Authority addressing, relating to, or attempting to eliminate, terrorist acts and acts of war and (g) any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto or pursuant to any legal requirements of any Governmental Authority governing terrorist acts or acts of war.
Terrorism Laws means Executive Order 13224 issued by the President of the United States of America, the Terrorism Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 595 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), the Terrorism List Governments Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 596 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), and the Foreign Terrorist Organizations Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 597 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), and all other present and future federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations, policies and any other requirements of any Governmental Authority (including, without limitation, the United States Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control) addressing, relating to, or attempting to eliminate, terrorist acts and acts of war, each as hereafter supplemented, amended or modified from time to time, and the present and future rules, regulations and guidance documents promulgated under any of the foregoing, or under similar laws, ordinances, regulations, policies or requirements of other states or localities.
Terrorism Laws means any of the following (a) Executive Order 13224 issued by the President of the United States, (b) the Terrorism Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 595 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), (c) the Terrorism List Governments Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 596 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), (d) the Foreign Terrorist Organizations Sanctions Regulations (Title 31 Part 597 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations), (e) the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT ACT) Act of 2001 (as it may be subsequently codified), (f) all other present and future legal requirements of any Governmental Authority addressing, relating to, or attempting to eliminate, terrorist acts and acts of war and (g) any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto or pursuant to any legal requirements of any Governmental Authority governing terrorist acts or acts of war.

  • Each Credit Party shall take all reasonable and necessary actions to ensure that no portion of the Loans will be used, disbursed or distributed for any purpose, or to any Person, directly or indirectly, in violation of any of the Terrorism Laws and shall take all reasonable and necessary action to comply in all material respects with all Terrorism Laws with respect thereto.

  • Each Credit Party is in compliance, in all material respects, with the Terrorism Laws.

Terrorism Laws shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15(l).
Terrorism Laws means (i) the Trading with the Enemy Act, as amended, and each of the foreign assets control regulations of the United States of America Treasury Department and any other enabling legislation or executive order relating thereto and (ii) the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act, and the regulations adopted thereunder.
