Territory B or the “United States” means any State or Commonwealth of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and any other territory, possession or military base of the United States of America.

Examples of Territory B in a sentence

  • Licensee shall also pay all costs and expenses associated with (A) translating or otherwise modifying the Third Party Product for use in the Territory; (B) modifying the Third Party Product to enable such software to be exported to the Territory; and (C) complying with any import or export control regulations of the relevant jurisdiction(s) to enable the Third Party Product to be imported into or exported to the Territory.

  • All payments due under this Agreement shall be paid in full without deduction, except for taxes (if any) required to be withheld by applicable law in Territory B with respect to such payments.
