Licensee shall also pay all costs and expenses associated with (A) translating or otherwise modifying the Third Party Product for use in the Territory; (B) modifying the Third Party Product to enable such software to be exported to the Territory; and (C) complying with any import or export control regulations of the relevant jurisdiction(s) to enable the Third Party Product to be imported into or exported to the Territory.
