Terminated Program definition

Terminated Program means (a) with respect to the termination of this Agreement with respect to a Program pursuant to Sections 9.2(a), 9.2(b) or 9.2(d), the Program subject to such termination; and (b) with respect to termination of this Agreement in its entirety, both Programs.
Terminated Program means a Program that is terminated by the JSC pursuant to Section 3.1.2(q), by the mutual agreement of the Parties or pursuant to Article 14.
Terminated Program means: (a) any Research Program with respect to which Xxxxxxx did not exercise an Option in accordance with Section 3.2 (Option Exercise) prior to the expiration of the Option Period for such Research Program, (b) any Research Program that is the subject of termination of this Agreement or for which Xxxxxxx exercises its remedy in lieu of termination as set forth in Section 14.7 (Alternative Remedy in Lieu of Termination) or (c) any Research Program for which the Target that is the subject of such Research Program is replaced pursuant to a Replacement Decision.

More Definitions of Terminated Program

Terminated Program means any Program that is terminated by a Party pursuant to Section 16.2, Section 16.3, Section 16.4, Section 16.5, Section 16.6 or Section 16.7.
