Term Loan Collateral Documents definition

Term Loan Collateral Documents means the Term Loan Collateral Agreement and any security agreement, mortgage or other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is now or hereafter granted securing any Term Loan Claims or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are at any time governed.

Term Loan Collateral Documents means the Term Loan Security Documents (as defined in the Term Loan Agreement).

Term Loan Collateral Documents has the meaning assigned to such term in the Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement.

Term Loan Collateral Documents means the Term Loan Collateral Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreements, the intellectual property security agreements, the mortgages and each other agreement, instrument or other document entered into in favor of the Term Loan Secured Parties for purposes of securing the Term Loan Obligations (including the guarantees thereof), as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
