Term Guaranty definition

Term Guaranty shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the recitals to this Agreement and shall also include any other guaranty made by a Term Guarantor guaranteeing, inter alia, the payment and performance of any Term Obligations.
Term Guaranty means the Guaranty (as defined in the Term Credit Agreement) made by Holdings, and the Term Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Term Secured Parties, together with each other guaranty and guaranty supplement delivered in accordance with the terms thereof.
Term Guaranty shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • The Grantor entered into a Guaranty (Short Term) dated as of June 4, 1999, as reaffirmed on the date hereof (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "Short Term Guaranty") between the Grantor and the Agent.
