Term Debt Documents definition

Term Debt Documents means, collectively, (i) the Term Debt Loan Agreement, and (ii) all other instruments, agreements and documents executed in connection therewith.

Term Debt Documents means (i) the Term Loan Agreement and (ii) each of the other agreements, instruments and other documents with respect to the Term Debt, all as in effect on the date hereofSecond Amendment Effective Date or as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.

Term Debt Documents means the “Facility Documents” as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

• Term Agent shall have received all possessory collateral required to be delivered to Term Lender pursuant to the Term Debt Documents which shall contain provisions reasonably satisfactory to Agent pursuant to which the Term Lender agrees to hold such possessory collateral as agent (on a second priority basis) for Agent.

• The Term Debt Documents are deemed to have been executed and delivered and all extensions of credit thereunder are deemed to have been made or incurred, in reliance upon this Agreement.

• For avoidance of doubt, it is understood that nothing in this Agreement shall prevent any ABL Secured Party or any Term Debt Secured Party from exercising any available remedy to accelerate the maturity of any indebtedness or other obligations owing under the ABL Documents or the Term Debt Documents, as applicable, or to demand payment under any guarantee in respect thereof.

Term Debt Documents means each Senior Secured Notes Document and Term Loan Document.

Term Debt Documents means the Term Debt Agreement, each Term Debt Security Document, the Term Debt Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, each Term Debt Guarantee and each other “Loan Document” as defined in the Term Debt Agreement.
