Term Debt Documents definition

Term Debt Documents means, collectively, (i) the Term Debt Loan Agreement, and (ii) all other instruments, agreements and documents executed in connection therewith.
Term Debt Documents means (i) the Term Loan Agreement and (ii) each of the other agreements, instruments and other documents with respect to the Term Debt, all as in effect on the date hereofSecond Amendment Effective Date or as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.

Term Debt Documents means each Senior Secured Notes Document and Term Loan Document.
