Definition of Term Collateral Agent

Term Collateral Agent means Goldman Sachs Bank USA in its capacity as collateral agent under the Term Loan Documents, or any successor collateral agent under the Term Loan Documents.

Examples of Term Collateral Agent in a sentence

Any successor Term Collateral Agent appointed pursuant to Section 12.11 of the Credit Agreement shall be entitled to all the rights, interests and benefits of the Term Collateral Agent hereunder.

No sales of participations, assignments, transfers, or other dispositions of any agreement governing the Term Obligations or any portion thereof or interest therein shall in any manner impair the Lien granted to the Term Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Term Collateral Agent and the Term Secured Parties, hereunder.
