Term Certificates definition

Term Certificates means those Certificates designated in a Series Resolution (or certificate of KISTA accepting the successful bid for the sale of Series Certificates) as having a single maturity date, but which are subject to Mandatory Principal Payments.
Term Certificates means those Investor Certificates designated as the Class A Certificates.
Term Certificates means any and all Series of shares, interests, Participations or other equivalent instruments representing fractional undivided interests in the Participation granted by the Company to the Trust with respect to the receivables, as specified in the Supplement related to such Series.

  • All material particulars of the Participation Term Certificates including conditions governing the issue, details of guarantee/ securities, trustees and name of the subscribing institution(s).

  • Option to obtain additional borrow upstream of 320+00, if the borrow downstream is not adequate.

Term Certificates means, collectively, those Certificates designated as the Class A Certificates and Class B Certificates.

  • Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.

  • Class B-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class P Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class P".

  • Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".

  • Class A-8 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 and Exhibit C hereto.
