Definition of Tenth Amendment Date


Tenth Amendment Date means December 23, 2014.


Tenth Amendment Date means the "Effective Date" as defined in that Tenth Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of August 8, 2008 among the Borrowers and the Lender.

Examples of Tenth Amendment Date in a sentence

As of the Tenth Amendment Date, each Loan Party shall have established and shall maintain at Lender all Cash Management Services, including all deposit accounts; provided that any Loan Party may continue to maintain deposit accounts at other banks for purposes of holding foreign currency deposits so long as the aggregate Dollar Equivalent of funds in such other accounts shall not exceed $2,000,000 at any time.
From and after the Tenth Amendment Date, the Company may, upon written notice to the Lender, on not more than two occasions, request an increase in the Commitment by up to $20,000,000 in the aggregate.
