Tender Drawing definition

Tender Drawing means such drawings, plans, sketches and details as are issued together with the Employer's Specification for the purpose of preparing Tenders.
Tender Drawing has the meaning assigned to that term in the Letter of Credit.
Tender Drawing means a drawing under the Letter of Credit to pay the portion of the Purchase Price of the Bonds allocable to principal.

  • If the Issuing Bank shall honor any Tender Drawing and if the conditions precedent set forth in Section 5.03 of this Agreement have been satisfied as of the date of such honor, then, each Participating Bank's payment made to the Issuing Bank pursuant to Section 3.07 hereof in respect of such Tender Drawing shall be deemed to constitute an advance made for the account of the Account Party by such Participating Bank (each such advance being an "Initial Advance" made by such Participating Bank).

  • The portion of such principal amount or such Advance to be prepaid shall be determined by multiplying such principal amount or such Advance by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the principal amount of the Bonds resold and the denominator of which shall be the principal amount of all of the Bonds purchased with the proceeds of the relevant Tender Drawing.

Tender Drawing means any draw upon the Letter of Credit pursuant to a draft accompanied by a certificate in the form of Annex C or D to the Letter of Credit for the purchase price of the Bonds which are tendered for repurchase pursuant to Article IV of the Indenture.
