Tender/Bid definition

Tender/Bid means the Contractor’s priced offer to the Employer for the performance and completion of the works and remedying of any defects therein in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, as accepted by the Letter of Acceptance. The word Tender is synonymous with “Bid” and the wordsTender Documents” with “Bidding Documents”.
Tender/Bid means the proposal along with supporting documents submitted by Contractor for consideration of Operator/Company/BPRL.
