Temporary Vendor definition

Temporary Vendor means any vendor who sets up a temporary location within the Town limits to sell food, goods or services during a designated special event (i.e., Antique Fair, 4th of July, Chili cook‐off, Wine Festival, Christmas on the Square). Established businesses within the Town limits are considered temporary vendors when they establish an ancillary location (e.g. tent, booth or table, or similar facilities) outside their permanent business for a longer period than a sanctioned special event. All temporary vendors must obtain an approved temporary vendor permit from the Town. (See Section 1‐106)
Temporary Vendor means a person who offers goods, wares, or merchandise for sale in any manner in the City of Kitchener, other than on a permanent basis, and operates for no more than 3 days consecutively, for a maximum of 90 days per calendar year.
Temporary Vendor means a Person who travels about offering the sale of products and/or services as a door-to-door salesperson, hawker or peddler, or operator of a sales stand at an event.
