Temporary Period definition

Temporary Period means the period commencing on August 1, 2022 and ending on (but excluding) November 1, 2022.
Temporary Period means the period of time, as set forth in the Tax Compliance Certificate, applicable to particular categories of Proceeds of an issue during which such category of Proceeds may be invested in Higher Yielding Investments without the issue being treated as arbitrage bonds under Section 148.

  • Amounts deposited from time to time in the fund of the Issuer from which payments will be made on the Issue, which is a Bona Fide Debt Service Fund, will be used to pay Debt Service on the Issue within 13 months after the amounts are so deposited, such period being the Temporary Period for such amounts.
