Amounts deposited from time to time in the fund of the Issuer from which payments will be made on the Issue, which is a Bona Fide Debt Service Fund, will be used to pay Debt Service on the Issue within 13 months after the amounts are so deposited, such period being the Temporary Period for such amounts.
