Temporary Construction Easement definition

Temporary Construction Easement means a temporary right to perform construction activities on Agency real property or on the real property of another party that is granted by easement, license, or permit.
Temporary Construction Easement is defined in Section 4.3.d.
Temporary Construction Easement or “TCE” – means an easement granted in favor of an adjoining landowner for a limited duration of time for the purpose of carrying out construction of a project on adjoining property.

More Definitions of Temporary Construction Easement

Temporary Construction Easement means an easement in the form set forth in Exhibit D.
Temporary Construction Easement or “TCE” means as described in Section 2.1 and Exhibit B.
