Telephone Instruction definition
Telephone Instruction means instruction given to the Bank in such manner as the Bank may prescribe from time to time, directly or through any telecommunication company, network, equipment, device or intermediary (mechanical, electronic or otherwise) by the use of telephone (including, without limitation, mobile or wireless phone) operated by voice and/or other means in accordance with, and subject to, the provisions of Schedule V;
Telephone Instruction means any instruction in connection with the Services given by the Cardmember to Hang Seng by the use of telephone in such manner as ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ may from time to time prescribe; and
Telephone Instruction means instruction given to the Bank directly or through any telecommunication company, equipment, device or intermediary (mechanical, electronic or otherwise) by the use of telephone through functions or facilities from time to time available to a telephone operated by voice and/or other means in such manner as the Bank may prescribe and telephone includes mobile or cordless phone;

In this regard, each Fund shall deliver to the Bank a Funds Transfer Telephone Instruction Authorization in the form of Schedule III-A hereto, identifying the individuals authorized to deliver and/or confirm all such Oral Instructions.
We are not liable for acting in good faith on a Telephone Instruction given using your phone banking PIN even if that Telephone Instruction was not authorised by you.
In this regard, the Fund shall deliver to the Custodian a Funds Transfer Telephone Instruction Authorization in the form of Exhibit E-4 hereto, identifying the individuals authorized to deliver and/or confirm all such Oral Instructions.
We are not required to notify you before acting on that Telephone Instruction.
If we decide not to act on that Telephone Instruction, we are not liable for any consequence of not acting.
More Definitions of Telephone Instruction
Telephone Instruction means any instruction in connection with the CSH Services given by the Cardholder to UAF through the use of a telephone in such manner as UAF may from time to time prescribe.

Telephone Instruction means each and any instruction given by the Customers/Authorised Delegate by telephone that may be acceptable to the Bank from time to time.
