Telecom Fee. “Telecom Fee” is a fee required by Owner. The Telecom Fee includes the cost of set up and management of cable, Internet and utility management services. Lease Contract: This “Lease Contract,” which includes this document, the Rules and Regulations, and all other applicable addenda referred to in this document or executed by the Resident and incorporated by reference into this document.
