TEG Letter definition

TEG Letter means each letter from the Lender provided to a Borrower incorporated in France from time to time pursuant to Clause 4.4 (Effective Global Rate).

TEG Letter means the letter from the Bank provided from time to time to the Borrower pursuant to Article 4.4 (Effective Global Rate (Taux Effectif Global)).

TEG Letter has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(c).

Examples of TEG Letter in a sentence

• The TEG Calculation Agent shall provide a letter substantially in the form of Exhibit N (the “TEG Letter”) containing an indicative calculation of the TEG of each Facility based on figured examples calculated on assumptions set out in that TEG Letter to Concessoc on the date of this Agreement.

• Price caps set by the EU, as price/cost Caps apply only to roaming relationship not as in a competitive in the EU.

• However, each French Borrower acknowledges having received from the Facility Agent a letter containing an indicative calculation of the taux effectif global, based on figured examples calculated on assumptions as to the taux de période and durée de période set out in such letter, substantially in the form of Schedule 7 ( Form of TEG Letter).

• Failure to do so will constitute a violation of this Agreement and be subject to an administrative penalty of five hundred dollars ($500.00).

• The parties acknowledge that each such TEG Letter (and, as applicable, the Taux Effectif Global letter referred to at (ix) of paragraph(f) of Section 2.16) forms or shall be deemed to form part of this Agreement.
