TEG Letter definition

TEG Letter means each letter from the Lender provided to a Borrower incorporated in France from time to time pursuant to Clause 4.4 (Effective Global Rate).
TEG Letter has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(c).

Examples of TEG Letter in a sentence

  • The TEG Calculation Agent shall provide a letter substantially in the form of Exhibit N (the “TEG Letter”) containing an indicative calculation of the TEG of each Facility based on figured examples calculated on assumptions set out in that TEG Letter to Concessoc on the date of this Agreement.

  • Price caps set by the EU, as price/cost Caps apply only to roaming relationship not as in a competitive in the EU.
