Service Fee definition
Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.
Service Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
Service Fee has the meaning ascribed in Article 3.1 hereof.
Examples of Service Fee in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing and anything to the contrary in this Section 5, in any situation involving Non-Standard Flow as set out in Section 5.1(a)(ii), to the extent Delegator fails to receive any Rewards for any reason other than Delegator’s negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct, Delegator shall be under no obligation to make any payment of any Service Fee in accordance with Section 5.1(b).
More Definitions of Service Fee
Service Fee or “Service Fees” means the monthly or annual fees set forth in the Service Order to be paid by Customer to Provider as consideration for Provider’s provision to Customer of the Services, but does not include usage fees, taxes or regulatory fees or surcharges, which Customer must pay in addition to the Service Fees.
