Technology Products definition

Technology Products means a computer or telecommunications hardware or software product, or related electronic product that is created, manufactured or developed by the Named Insured for others, or distributed, licensed, leased or sold by the Named Insured to others, for compensation, including software updates, service packs and other maintenance releases provided for such products.

Technology Products means computer or telecommunications hardware, software, firmware or related electronic equipment, including the design, development, manufacturing, assembly, distribution, licensing, leasing, sale, installation, repair or maintenance thereof.

Technology Products means telecommunications and any computer hardware, software, firmware, or related electronic product which is created, manufactured, licensed, distributed, leased or sold by the Company for use in connection with the Insured’s Technology Services.

Technology Products means Technology-related products supplied to others in the ordinary course of the Insured’s Business, including, but not limited to: electronic equipment or computer hardware or software developed, manufactured, distributed, marketed or sold by or for the Insured.

No representation is made relating to the compatibility of the Technology Products of First Evergreen with those of Old Kent or with respect to the cost of integrating the Technology Products of First Evergreen with those of Old Kent.

Technology Products means all product lines or product categories in the Field known as: (i) shampoos, if such products contain any of the active ingredients contained in products of the Pet Business that are shampoos that exist on the date hereof or existed at any time prior hereto; (ii) creme rinses, if such products contain any of the active ingredients contained in products of the Pet Business that are creme rinses that exist on the date hereof or existed at any time prior hereof; (iii) moisturizing sprays or ear cleansers, to the extent such sprays or ear cleansers, as the case may be, are formulated with 100% Novasome Technology; and (iv) hand cremes. A product which is a Technology Product shall cease to be a Technology Product if the Novasome Technology in its formulation is reduced to a de minimis amount compared to the amount of Novasome Technology in its formulation in effect on the date hereof (or, if the Product has been discontinued prior to the date hereof, its formulation on the date that its use was discontinued).
