Technical Terms and Conditions definition

Technical Terms and Conditions means the Technical Terms and Conditions of Advertisement stipulating, inter alia, basic technical requirements for the takeover of carriers containing the Spots and broadcasting of Spots in the television broadcasting of TV Channels NOVA;
Technical Terms and Conditions means a document, in which the Bank sets technical terms of the provision of direct banking. The Bank shall publish the Technical Terms and Conditions at its website and is entitled to amend them. The Technical Terms and Conditions are not a Notice as envisaged in the General Conditions.
