Technical Assistance Agreement definition

Technical Assistance Agreement has the meaning set forth in §120.22 of the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R. §120 - 130.

• Exports shall not be permitted under a Manufacturing License or Technical Assistance Agreement for which the authorization has expired.
