TBO definition

TBO means TEK Travels Private Limited.
TBO means an option to purchase a TWG Class B Share that was granted under the Plan, is outstanding immediately prior to the Closing and is subject to vesting based on the continued service of the recipient in accordance with the applicable share option agreement.

Vo shall be agreed between Lessor and Lessee from time to time during the term of this Lease based upon Lessee's experienced cost of overhaul and that generally available in the marketplace.

  • The minimum time period from date of TBO summery sheet uploading and TBE summery sheet uploading shall be 4 working days or more.

TBO has the meaning as set out in the 1st recital.
TBO means time between overhaul, representing the maximum number of hours an engine may operate being overhauled, as determined by Customer and the applicable airworthiness authorities;
