The Issuer shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, from time to time such additional information regarding the financial position, results of operations or business of TBC or any Securitization Entity as the Trustee, the Servicer, the Manager or the Back-Up Manager may reasonably request, subject to Requirements of Law and to the confidentiality provisions of the Transaction Documents to which such recipient is a party.
None of the Issuer, TBC, the Trustee, the Servicer, any Initial Purchaser, any Paying Agent or any of their respective Affiliates shall have any responsibility or liability for any aspects of the records maintained by DTC or its nominee or any of the Agent Members relating to or for payments made thereby on account of beneficial interests in a Rule l44A Global Note or a Regulation S Global Note.
