Target Units means one hundred percent (100%) of the total number of PSUs granted on the Grant Date, as specified in Section 1 of the Award Agreement.
Target Units means the number of Performance Units with respect to the number of Shares reflected in this Agreement that you could receive if the Performance Target level is achieved for the Performance Period. The number of Target Units is set forth on the cover page of this Award Agreement.
Target Units means the target number of Units eligible for vesting as shown on page 1.
Examples of Target Units in a sentence
Any Target Units that do not vest in accordance with the table will be forfeited on the Vesting Date.
The remaining number of Target Units shall be immediately canceled and forfeited without consideration as of the Termination Date.
Your right to receive all, any portion of, or more than the Target Units (but in no event more than the Maximum Units) will be contingent upon the achievement of specified levels of certain performance goals measured over the Performance Period.
Such pro-rated number of Target Units shall remain outstanding until the end of the vesting period set forth in the Notice, and shall be settled in accordance with Section 6 hereof, as if the Grantee had remained in Continuous Service through the last day of the vesting period.
