Target Software definition

Target Software has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
Target Software means any and all Software which any of the Target Companies owns or purports to own, in whole or in part.
Target Software means any software (including firmware and other software embedded in hardware devices) owned, developed (or currently being developed), used, marketed, distributed, licensed or sold by any Target Company at any time (other than non-customized third-party software licensed to any Target Company for internal use on a non-exclusive basis).

  • Except as would not reasonably be expected to have a Target Material Adverse Effect, to the knowledge of the Target, the material Target Software does not contain any Unauthorized Code.


More Definitions of Target Software

Target Software means software (including CD-ROMs) of Target that Target makes available or is under development with the intention of making available to third parties in connection with Target's business, and excludes CAS.
