Target Property definition

Target Property. As defined in Section 18.3.
Target Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.25.
Target Property means any real property and improvements owned (directly, indirectly, or beneficially), leased, used, operated or occupied by Target or its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Target Property in a sentence

  • Properties not qualifying as a Target Property may be admitted into the Program upon the mutual approval of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Owner.

  • All other costs, if any, shall be apportioned in the customary manner for real property transactions in the applicable county where a Target Property is located.

  • If MPT shall fail to initially approve or reject any Target Property within said ten (10) Business Day period, MPT shall be deemed to have rejected such Target Property.

  • In addition, ICPM may charge a 15 percent administrative fee in the event that a single tenant Target Property lease requires the landlord to provide common area maintenance.
