Target Product definition

Target Product means the Renesas’ semiconductor product(s) set forth in item 2 of Exhibit A.
Target Product means any vaccine for the prevention, treatment or cure of hepatitis C infections in humans; provided, however, that any product containing one or more antigens for use against indications other than hepatitis C shall not be a Target Product unless both Parties shall agree in writing to extend the definition to include such product. In addition, no product shall be deemed a Target Product unless either (i) such product utilizes a method, vaccine or composition described in whole or in part in any of the patents or any of the original patent applications of the pending patent applications listed in SCHEDULE A attached hereto or (ii) the research, development, manufacture or use of such product has or will use Technology described in whole or in part in any of the patents or any of the original patent applications of the pending patent applications listed in SCHEDULE A attached hereto. All references in this definition to patents and patent applications are solely for the purpose of incorporating the descriptions of the method, vaccine, composition and/ or Technology contained therein and shall not be deemed to require that a patent shall issue from any pending patent application or deemed to require that any patent, whether existing or subsequently issued, shall be valid or enforceable. Any product that is not a Target Product shall be deemed a Target Product only if during the term of the Collaboration the Executive Committee determines to extend the definition of Target Product to such product.
Target Product means CortiSlim and CortiStress.

Examples of Target Product in a sentence

  • Impax shall use commercially reasonable efforts to use its proprietary technology in existence as of the Effective Date to formulate a product that meets or approaches the Target Product Profile and to perform standard in vitro analytic testing upon such resulting New Product to determine whether it meets the Target Product Profile criteria.

More Definitions of Target Product

Target Product means any Target product or component (i) whose sale would in the absence of this Agreement infringe a Valid Claim of a patent within the CaRDiMa Technology in the country for which such product or component is sold, or whose manufacture would in the absence of this Agreement infringe a Valid Claim of a patent within the CaRDiMa Technology in the country in which such product is manufactured, or (ii) that is made in accordance with or by use of CaRDiMa Know-How.
Target Product means an electrically conductive fuel cell separator plate developed pursuant to the Collaboration utilizing any of the Materials,
Target Product means any product or service currently being designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed or sold by the Target or its Subsidiaries.

Target Product or “Target Products” means each and all products manufactured, made commercially available, marketed, distributed, supported, sold, leased, imported for resale or licensed out by or on behalf of Target or any Subsidiary of Target at any time prior to the date of this Agreement, including any components, elements, parts, integrated circuits, tools, software, firmware, games and middleware, architecture, databases, plugins, libraries, APIs, interfaces, algorithms, systems, devices, hardware and equipment thereof, excluding in each case products of the Excluded Business.
Target Product means any product, material, substance or composition which results directly or indirectly from screening against a Target. For the avoidance of doubt a product, substance or material or composition which is based on or derived from a product, material, substance or composition which is identified by screening against a Target is a Target Product, however, a product, substance or material or composition which is based on or derived from a product, material, substance or composition for which the screening test has been started only after the Target or its genomic sequence has become known to the public or to ROCHE independently from the collaboration hereunder, shall not be considered as a Target Product.
