Target Launch Date means the date selected by TYME, in its sole discretion, and of which TYME has provided notice to Eagle in writing at least nine (9) months in advance thereof, for the initial Commercialization of the Product in the Territory.

The Parties shall collaborate to finalize the Product Materials in accordance with this Section 4.4.1(a) in advance of the Target Launch Date.
