Target Commencement Date. November 1, 2013

Target Commencement Date means and refer to the Target Commencement Date set forth in Item 4 of the Basic Lease Information.

Target Commencement Date. The date that is 16 weeks from the execution and delivery of this Lease by Tenant to Landlord for execution, along with the first month’s Base Rent and the Security Deposit. Base Term: Beginning on the Commencement Date and ending 66 months from the first day of the first full month of the Term (as defined in Section 2) hereof.
