Tape. Defined in Section 7.2(b)(ii).
Tape shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.15(b)(ii).

With respect to the duties described in Section 6.2(b), the Collateral Custodian, is entitled to rely conclusively, and shall be fully protected in so relying, on the contents of each Tape, including, but not limited to, the completeness and accuracy thereof, provided by the Collateral Manager.
