Tap Issue definition

Tap Issue means subsequent issues after Issue Date up to the maximum amount described in Clause 2.2.1.

More Definitions of Tap Issue

Tap Issue shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 2.2 (The Bonds).

For the avoidance of doubt, this implies that Working Capital shall be: (A) less (B) plus (C) “Written Resolution” means a written (or electronic) solution for a decision making among the Bondholders, as set out in Clause 16.5 (Written Resolutions). 1.2
Tap Issue means the issue of new Bonds in the amount of USD 175,000,000 on the Tap Issue Date as an increase and amendment of the Original Bond Issue, suchnew Bonds being issued at a price of 103.50% of par value giving gross proceeds of USD 181,125,000.
