Takeda has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Takeda means Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Japan.

Examples of Takeda in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 7.6 shall not apply to any amounts payable by Licensee to Takeda pursuant to the Takeda License.
