System Support Services means those services offered by the Vendor relating to System design, enhancement and optimization.

System Support Services means any Services relating to the support of the System performed hereunder as more particularly described in the Functional Requirement Specification;

• The Owner will deliver and the Buyer will accept delivery of Electricity and System Support Services with respect to each Unit at the applicable Delivery Point in accordance with Dispatch Instructions.

More Definitions of System Support Services

System Support Services means the system support services listed in the Order.

System Support Services means any service provided by the Facility to support the power system (as defined in the NER) including the provision of inertia or the provision of a system strength service, as each is defined in the NER, but excluding any Network Support Service. Tax means any present or future tax, levy, impost, duty, rate, charge, excise, royalty (whether based on value, profit or otherwise), fee, deduction or withholding of any nature, which is imposed, levied or administered by an Authority, the Commonwealth or any State or Territory of the Commonwealth, together with any interest, penalty, charge, fee or other amount imposed or made on, or in connection with, any of the foregoing. Tender means the tender process conducted by the Commonwealth (assisted by AEMO and its Related Bodies Corporate) which resulted in the parties entering into this Agreement.

System Support Services means, with respect to each Unit, system support services as such term is defined in the Act and which a Unit is capable of providing and which are not in excess of the Committed Capacity;

System Support Services means any service provided by the Project to support the “power system” (as defined in the NER) including the provision of “inertia” or the provision of a “system strength service”, as each is defined in the NER, but excluding any Network Support Services. Tax Invoice has the meaning given to that term by the GST Law.

System Support Services and "United States" as such definitions are set forth in the Contract and replacing them, respectively, in their entirety with the following:

System Support Services means “system support services” as defined in the EUA;

System Support Services means the Services described in subsection 2.26.
