System Response Time definition

System Response Time for trauma means the interval from discovery of an injury until the patient arrives at the designated trauma facility. It includes:
System Response Time is the round trip time taken to process a message or request of the IT Environment and/or the Services, and shall be measured from the moment the last packet of data which relates to a particular message is received at the external interface of the IT Environment until a response is generated and the first block of data leaves the external interface (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the time taken for any necessary processing).
