System Loss definition

System Loss means loss, theft, damage or destruction of the System or any portion thereof, or any other occurrence or event that prevents or limits the System from operating in whole or in part, resulting from or arising out of any cause (including casualty, condemnation or Force Majeure).
System Loss means loss, theft, damage or destruction of a System or System Assets, or any other occurrence or event that prevents or limits such System from operating in whole or in part, resulting from or arising out of any cause (including casualty, condemnation or Force Majeure) other than (i) Provider’s negligence or intentional misconduct, (ii) Provider’s breach of maintenance obligations under the PPA, or (iii) normal wear and tear of the Projects.
System Loss means loss, damage or destruction of the System that prevents or limits the System from operating in whole or in part, resulting from or arising out of casualty, condemnation or a Force Majeure Event.

Examples of System Loss in a sentence

  • In the event of any System Loss that, in the reasonable judgment of Seller, results in damage, destruction or loss (partial or total) of the System, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect so long as the System PPA remains in full force and effect.

  • The Old Dominion Monthly Delivered Demand less Old Dominion Monthly Delivered SEPA Capacity with such difference being adjusted for losses to reflect load at the generation level by multiplying by the factor of 100 divided by 100 minus the Combined System Loss Percentage.

More Definitions of System Loss

System Loss means any loss of or damage to the System or System Assets or any part thereof that prevents the System from operating at full capacity, resulting from or arising out of any cause or occurrence including but not limited to theft, casualty, accident, condemnation or Force Majeure other than (i) Seller’s negligence or intentional misconduct, (ii) Seller’s breach of maintenance obligations under this PPA, or (iii) normal wear and tear of the System.
System Loss means as defined in Section 4.5(i).
System Loss or “System Losses” means power consumed by cables, buses, PCS, transformers, and transmission lines. Supplier shall specify if System Losses are inclusive of battery losses. Supplier shall include PCS auxiliary power as a System Loss if no separate auxiliary power feed to the PCS is required or Supplier shall include PCS auxiliary power as an Auxiliary Load if a separate auxiliary power feed to the PCS is required (Supplier shall determine if a separate auxiliary power feed to the PCS is required).
