System Environment definition

System Environment a system of integrated computer hardware, operating systems software, computer peripherals and facilities provided by TNP or its contractors to allow the Customer over the internet to access and use the Software and, if applicable Third Party Software
System Environment means all software, hardware and data resources (including but not limited to the XIFIN System) under direct control of XIFIN used to support the Services. One System Environment includes, but is not limited to, one database schema and one application instance. XIFIN is providing one System Environment to Client pursuant to this Agreement.
System Environment means System Hardware, System Network and Operating Software to be supplied by County in accordance with the minimum requirements provided by Contractor pursuant to Paragraph 11.0 (System Environment Requirements), which may comprise either the Test Environment or the Production Environment for the purpose of this Agreement.

  • Such Security Test shall be carried out (i) at least annually, (ii) in the event of a material change in the Contractor’s Systems Environment or in the Authority’s System Environment or (iii) at the request of the Authority which request may include, but is not limited to, a repeat of a previous Security Test.

More Definitions of System Environment

System Environment means the hardware and software required to operate the supplied "Standard Software". The current system requirements provided in the quotation or order confirmation or on the website shall apply;
System Environment means the architectural and operational environment of comprising the System, and related Documentation, including Server Environment and Client Environment, as further specified in Section 1.4 (Definitions) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work).

System Environment. Means the cloud environment and its associated services and applications that is used for hosting the Software. “Third (or 3rd) Party” Means any person, corporation or unincorporated body who or which is neither a Party nor an Affiliate of a Party in this Agreement.
System Environment means System and Client Environment and shall include the products of all Implementation Services and any Optional Work.
System Environment means the Cloud environment provided by UP42 in which the PRODUCT is installed.
