System Development Charges definition

System Development Charges means the proceeds and balances from any non- recurring charges such as tap fees, subsequent connector fees, capacity or contribution fees, and other similar one-time charges applicable to the Treatment Works that are available for deposit under the Authorizing Instrument.
System Development Charges means the fees on development imposed by the City pursuant to ORS Chapter 223 or subsequent statutes and which are legally permitted to be used to pay the Bonds.
