System Change definition

System Change means a revision made in accordance with Section 10.
System Change means any change to the Software, Equipment, System or operating environment, including without limitation, changes to programs, manual procedures, job control language statements, distribution parameters or schedules.
System Change is defined in Subparagraph 2(m).

Examples of System Change in a sentence

  • Licensee shall be entitled to refuse to comply with any System Change, including pre-authorized increases in the Standard Rate, by providing Licensing Company with timely notice of such refusal.

  • In the event Licensee provides such notice, this License Agreement will automatically terminate if the refusal relates to a pre-authorized increase in the Standard Rate or the System Change set forth in Section 10.1(a).

  • All Operator replacements and upgrades shall be scheduled and completed so as to cause no more disruption to Licensee or its Permitted End Users than the System Change causes to Operator and its other customers.

  • Further, Operator shall consult with Licensee reasonably in advance of the implementation of any System Change so that Licensee may assess the potential effects of proposed System Change on Licensee and its Permitted End Users, and Operator shall cooperate with Licensee to minimize the disruption caused by System Changes to Licensee and Licensee's Permitted End Users.

  • Operator shall provide notice equal to the notice provided to its other customers in the Market Area of any changes in the System (each, a "System Change") that could impair the performance or functionality of Licensee or Permitted End Users' equipment using the System.


More Definitions of System Change

System Change means any change or modification to any infrastructure components of the hardware and software used in the Back Office.
