System Agreements definition

System Agreements has the meaning set forth in the General Resolution.
System Agreements means any agreements relating to the operation or maintenance of the System, the supply of power and energy to the System, and the provision of transmission and distribution services and capacity for the System, including, but not limited to, the Operations Services Agreement and the Power Supply Agreement.
System Agreements means contracts, memoranda of agreements, or memoranda of understanding between NCEM and Contract Response Teams for the purposes of establishing and maintaining the NC SAR System.
