System Acceptance definition

System Acceptance means the Acceptance Tests have been successfully completed.
System Acceptance means acceptance by the City of the System as provided in Exhibit D and/or Exhibit E of this Contract. System Acceptance may occur on different dates for different portions of the System.
System Acceptance means the date on which installation and training has been completed at Customer site. Customer will sign an acceptance letter at this time.

Examples of System Acceptance in a sentence

  • No later than thirty (30) Days prior to conducting the Control System Acceptance Test, Company and Seller shall agree on a written protocol setting out the detailed procedure and criteria for passing the Control System Acceptance Test.

  • Attachment O (Control System Acceptance Test Criteria) provides general criteria to be included in the written protocol for the Control System Acceptance Test.

  • The Control System Acceptance Test will be conducted on Business Days during normal working hours on a mutually agreed upon schedule.

  • Upon System Acceptance or Beneficial Use, whichever occurs first, this System functionality representation is fulfilled.

System Acceptance means acceptance by the City of the complete System as provided in
