Syndication Fee definition
Syndication Fee means the fee payable to the General Partner in an amount equal to $10,000 for the General Partner's services in forming the Partnership, locating and approving the Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner as the investors in the Partnership, negotiating and finalizing this Partnership Agreement and for such other services referenced in Treasury Regulation Section 1.709-2(B).
Syndication Fee means the fee paid to the General Partner equal to 3% of the Gross Proceeds. 3.27 "TOTAL OUTSTANDING UNITS" shall mean all Units outstanding at a specified date. 3.28 "UNIT" shall mean an interest in the Partnership representing a capital contribution of $5,000 in cash and shall entitle the holder thereof to an interest in the income, gains, losses, deductions, credits and distributions of the Partnership.
Syndication Fee means the fee received by the Company from a third party investor in a Senior Loan Syndication for arranging the loan, calculated as a difference between the Commitment Fee collected from the borrower on the third party investor’s portion of the mortgage and what the third party investor charges as commitment fees for their portion of the mortgage.

Syndication Fee is the fee that is paid to third-party investors to fully syndicate the proposed transaction. Except for fees which shall be payable to Babson pursuant to the Babson Services Agreement, additional fees, such as commitment fees, ticking fees and fees in connection with amendments, if earned, will be payable to the Company. The fee arrangement described above will be applied to all Senior Loan Financings and Special Situation Financings of the Company, subject in all cases to exceptions on a case-by-case basis as approved by the Credit Committee. Syndication Fee means any fee, whether styled as an agency fee or otherwise, payable on an out of pocket basis or through a strip retained with respect to the underlying Loan or Security to be paid to or retained by Capmark Finance, or any distribution fee paid or payable with respect to the distribution of any Security.
