Swingline Amount definition

Swingline Amount means the lesser of $15,000,000 and the aggregate amount of the Commitments.

Swingline Amount means as to the Swingline Lender (i) the amount set forth opposite its name on Schedule 2.01B hereof or (ii) if such lender has entered into an Assignment and Acceptance, the amount set forth for such lender as its Swingline amount in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 9.04(b)(ii)(C).

Examples of Swingline Amount in a sentence

• Administrative Agent may, however, in its absolute discretion make such Swingline Advances, but shall not be deemed by doing so to have increased the Maximum Swingline Amount and shall not be obligated to make any such Swingline Advance thereafter.

• On any day on which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Swingline Loans (for this purpose, using the Dollar Equivalent with respect to any Euro Denominated Swingline Loans) exceeds the Maximum Swingline Amount, the Revolving Borrowers shall prepay on such day the principal of outstanding Swingline Loans in an amount (taking the Dollar Equivalent of the amounts paid in Euros in which payments on such Euro Denominated Swingline Loans are owing) equal to such excess.

• In any event, no Swingline Advance will be made on or after the Revolving Loan Maturity Date, and no Swingline Advance will be made which would result in the Swingline Loan exceeding the Maximum Swingline Amount.

• If the amount of aggregate outstanding amount of US Swingline Advances ever exceeds the US Swingline Amount, the US Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the US Swingline Lender and to the extent of such excess, prepay to the US Swingline Lender outstanding principal of the US Swingline Amount such that such excess is eliminated.

• If the Canadian Dollar Equivalent amount of the aggregate outstanding amount of Canadian Swingline Advances ever exceeds the Canadian Swingline Amount, the Canadian Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Canadian Swingline Lender and to the extent of such excess, prepay to the Canadian Swingline Lender outstanding principal of the Canadian Swingline Amount such that such excess is eliminated.

More Definitions of Swingline Amount

Swingline Amount means the lesser of $100,000,000 and the aggregate amount of the Commitments. “Swingline Borrowing” means a borrowing of a Swingline Loan pursuant to Section 2.7.

Swingline Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(B).

Swingline Amount means an aggregate amount of $50,000,000.

Swingline Amount means an aggregate amount of $5,000,000.
