Swing Line Loan Request definition
Swing Line Loan Request means a writing, substantially in the form of Exhibit F, or in such other form agreed to by the Borrower Representative and Administrative Agent, properly completed and signed by the Borrower Representative, requesting a Swing Line Borrowing.
Swing Line Loan Request means a request by the Borrower for a Swing Line Loan in substantially the form of Exhibit 2.3(b).
Swing Line Loan Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
Examples of Swing Line Loan Request in a sentence
Each such notice may be given by (A) telephone, or (B) a Swing Line Loan Request; provided that any telephonic notice by the Borrower Representative must be confirmed immediately thereafter by delivery to the Swing Line Lenders and the Administrative Agent of a Swing Line Loan Request.
Each such Swing Line Loan Request must be received by the Swing Line Lenders and the Administrative Agent not later than 12:00 p.m. on the date of the requested Swing Line Loan Borrowing, and such notice shall specify (i) the amount to be borrowed, which shall be in a minimum of $100,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 (or such lesser amounts agreed by the Swing Line Lenders) and (ii) the date of such Swing Line Loan Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day).

Swing Line Loan Request shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.1(a).
Swing Line Loan Request has the meaning specified in SECTION 2.02(b).
Swing Line Loan Request. A notice of Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.4(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit F or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
Swing Line Loan Request. A Domestic Swing Line Loan Request, a Canadian Swing Line Loan Request, or a U.K. Swing Line Loan Request, as the context may require.

A request for a Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.09(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent).
